Quality products and services, functioning as represented.
Scheduling and office staff were prepared and professional, helpful to address all questions.
Estimator was thorough and provided quality recommendation. There was some confusion about expectation that the floors would be leveled in the installation but that was discussed and resolved with David which we appreciated taking the time to work with us through this issue.
Crew were knowledgeable, professional and polite. Worked diligently. Respectful of our time, working with us on entry and exit to property, and addressed all questions during installation regarding sequence and process. When there were issues/questions about yard and trench location all options were presented and discussed and great care was taken to minimize all risk. Great Crew! We had been told they would make final determination on basement wall solution and when that decision was made we were consulted, it was discussed, and then everything was done to make that happen. We also had to have custom pieces made for the wall bracings and David made the extra effort to come and install even in the snow.
Crew was diligent, thoroughly cleaned all areas. Very pleased with this.
Internet search, Better Business rating, list of services. Recommendations: (1) Marketing materials could emphasize that basement and floor stabilizations are initial installation then multiple adjustments over time.... and emphasize this during estimating. Owners need to have a clear expectation and understanding on this point. (2) Where there are multiple issues you could emphasize/offer initial solutions and possible future solutions so that owners have a good overview expectation and can be given all options to pick and chose which to do first and which do to second. We were given a single solution (which was solid), but in later discussions realized we might have chosen differently if all options had been formalized in a proposal where we could see groups of key areas with solutions and price, then secondary recommendations with solutions and price. The key here is giving the owners all options and ability to pick and chose to put together their ideal plan and solutions. Also, standard recommendations would eliminate some of the confusion we experienced - this should be in your marketing materials and on your estimate.... if you always recommend beams where floor supports exceed certain span parameters then say that up front. Estimating costs should be streamlined so they are quick, easy and adjustable. This would eliminate complaints we heard about the time invested in follow up questions.
