One of our knowledgeable inspectors went out to perform a free, no obligation, quote and inspection. After he completed a thorough investigation of the area, he then sat down with the homeowner to educate her on what was happening in her basement, why this matters, why this occurs, and what types of solutions are available. After a plan of action was agreed upon, one of our expert crews got to work. They installed our subfloor interior drainage system, WaterGuard, around the perimeter of the basement where the floor meets the walls. Its specially designed to capture water at its entry point, collecting water seepage from the walls and surface water along the floor and directing it to a sump pump. A TrenchDrain was installed in front of the stairway to collect surface water along that opening. Our top-rated TripleSafe sump pump was added to prevent flooding and to ensure that all collected water from the drainage system would be pumped away. Lastly, to divert water away from the foundation, buried downspout extensions with LawnScape outlets were added to the sump pump and gutter discharge lines.

Matt then sat down with the homeowner to educate her on what was happening, why it occurs, and what solutions are available. After a plan of action was agreed upon, Ivan and his crew got to work. First, they safely and effectively treated the mold growth that had occurred. Then, they installed a CleanSpace encapsulation system to seal and protect the crawl space from moisture and humidity. SilverGlo insulation was added to the walls to improve the home's energy efficiency and provide an unbroken sheet of R-11 insulation. The world's most efficient dehumidifier and air purifier, the SaniDry Sedona, was hooked up to prevent future mold growth and eliminate musty odors. Lastly, a TripleSafe sump pump was installed, complete with a battery-operated pump to protect against flooding during power outages. Water is no longer a worry for this home!

Nasty and wet, this crawl space was filtering harmful air into the rest of the home. The homeowners were finished with musty air wafting through the upstairs area and the risk of mold and rot underneath it.

So, we inspected, explained, and installed our patented products to alleviate these issues in accordance with the homeowners wishes. Our crawl space waterproofing system collects unwanted water and pumps it away from the home safely.

This system keeps the crawl space much drier, even without a vapor barrier seal.

This home’s crawl space was very friendly to water intrusion. The block walls and piers were saturated and ridden with efflorescence. All this water was raising the humidity, risking dangerous mold growth, and rendering the crawl space useless to the homeowner. We inspected the problem area and put together a system that would help. Installation went very well which allowed the CleanSpace vapor barrier, SaniDry dehumidifier, EZflow waterproofing, and our SilverGlo wall insulation to work together to keep the crawl space protected. This encapsulation with our top-of-the-line products will keep water out of the crawl space and protect it from high humidity and inconsistent temperatures.

The rainwater that would fall and runoff down the base of the home started finding ways to seep into the basement wall. This intrusion would soak into the block walls and leak into the home as well as put pressure on the block walls from the outside. This started to cause cracking, and it made the paint on the wall chip. To put a stop to the problematic flooding, the homeowners hired us to install a permanent solution.

There was a sump pump pit already dug in this basement, but whatever had been installed was not working properly. So, we ran our patented WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter of the basement and installed CleanSpace along the walls. This captures the water intrusion and makes it more difficult for water vapor to evaporate into the air. Lastly, we installed our SaniDry dehumidifier air system to keep the air clean and dry and ran the discharge line outside.
