One of the worst conditions we have seen in a crawl space was the one at this home. Years of short-term, and largely useless, solutions had failed this crawl space and was causing problems that added much risk to the house. Issue number one was the mold that the high humidity was easily allowing to grow. Secondly, was the must and unhealthy air that was being filtered throughout the rest of the home.
