The basement under this house had a few finished walls and carpet on the floors. Water intrusion began to seep under and behind these parts of the basement and were causing water damage. Must air, wet carpet, and rotting wall framing were all serious concerns.
We peeled back the carpet and installed our interior drainage system throughout the basement along the walls. From there, the intruding water can be captured and pumped away from the home. We were also able to finish pouring a part of the floor slab.
