The settling foundation inside this building was destabilizing the walls and causing the doors to sink. We were able to completely stabilize the foundation and lift the wall back into place.
Our PolyLevel product was pumped under the slab that filled the voids and lifted the wall back into place. This also lifted the door back into the door jam.
The exposed crawl space under this home allowed moisture to easily get inside and effect the air quality. Musty smells, mold growth, and ruined insulation were the beginnings of the trouble.
So, the homeowner had us inspect and fix the issues.
