The garage-basement of this home in Blowing Rock had been previously waterproofed but needed a better drainage system. The location and installation of a drain is critically important to a waterproofing system. We installed our waterproofing system and plumbed this French drain out. We connected it to the sump through the wall and ran the pipe through a drench. We excavated and installed the pipe with gravel around it, and then filled the trench back in without disturbing much soil around the base of the home.
