The purpose of our work on this crawl space was to lower the humidity. Mold, as a result of uncontrollable humidity, was forming on the exposed wood along the top. This damage and general ineffectiveness of the crawl space was what lead the homeowners to us.

This is when the sunken area can be shifted up, closing gaps in the cracks by lifting the house back up.

Peace of mind that comes from securing the foundation of your home is by far the most important thing, but to also achieve some lift that improves cosmetically always comes as an additional bonus. We were happy to complete this job on time and protect another home from potential damage.

The back end of this home was experiencing stress from years of supporting itself and pressure forming from the slope it was built on. This resulted in the foundation sinking and starting to form cracks around the corners and inside the crawl space walls.

In order to make sure this home was properly protected we installed helical piers around the base of the home to hydraulically lift it and we installed some interior push piers inside the crawl space.
