This process is common among partial underground basements with a bay door and it works to keep water out at all points of entry. The homeowner was very happy with the job and is excited to watch how the system keeps her basement dry during the next big rain.

The process of protecting a crawl space from humidity and mold growth can vary. However, a full encapsulation is the best chance at getting the job done.
