Ripped insulation and moisture seepage was harming this home’s health. There were also concerns with the sinking floors and stabilization. We inspected the home and knew we could help.
We cleaned out the crawl space and fully encapsulated the area to keep moisture out and humidity low. This process also insulates the crawl space air efficiently and helps the energy efficiency of the entire home.
Lastly, we stabilized the floor with our SmartJacks down the middle of the crawl space. The homeowners were very happy with this version of their crawl space and the improvements it made to their home.
Unprotected and exposed, this home’s crawl space was susceptible to rot and bad air quality. Water intrusion was constantly an issue, so the homeowners wanted to have the crawl space inspected.
