We welcome Jesus to our team. Jesus has 7 years of past work experience that includes basement waterproofing systems. Jesus decided to make the transition to Master Service Companies because he loved the work environment that he saw.
Outside of work, Jesus likes to play soccer and spend time with his children Jesus, Josue, and Joana.
Efflorescence on the wall of this basement indicated water seepage. We ran our patented interior waterproofing system and vapor barrier to keep the basement dry and the protect the air from moisture as well.
Standing water, mold growth, and a musty smell plagued this basement. The homeowner felt that the condition of the basement was only getting worse, so she contracted with us after considering several other contractors. We waterproofed her basement from the interior with a WaterGuard system that catches water as it comes through the block walls and runs it to a pump that expels the water away from the base of the home.
This dirt crawl space had issues with moisture, humidity, and compiling debris. The unprotected crawl space had inconsistencies in temperature and held moisture that grew into mold. We were able to encapsulate the crawl space with a vapor barrier, waterproof it, and install a dehumidifier which derastically improved the air quality and condition of the home.
Water was filling this block wall and in addition to flooding the basement put immense pressure on the foundation wall. That pressure formed cracks in the mortar and started to push the wall out. If left unchecked this could easily collapse the wall, so we installed steel beams that brace the wall moving forward.
With obvious signs of water seepage on the walls of this basement there was no hiding that it needed waterproofing. We installed our patented internal waterproofing system that will collect the water before it gets into the home and pump it out away from the foundation.
Multiple items inside this basement had been ruined by water flooding in from the doorway and the porous block walls. Our interior waterproofing system catches the water as it enters and sends it outside the home through our sump pump that we installed in the corner. This solved the flooding issue for this basement!
Visible signs of water seepage and mold growth caused this musty basement to need a waterproofing system installed. Our WaterGuard waterproofing and Clean Space vapor barrier now keep this basement dry and much healthier.
This crawl space, attached to the house’s basement, was causing a musty smell to waft throughout the home. The water vapor in the air caused the area to be exceedingly humid as well and did not support the basement, which was also taking in water during heavy rains. To protect this home, we cleaned out and installed a durable CleanSpace vapor barrier to protect the air quality inside the crawl space and the rest of the home.
This French drain installation in blowing rock was needed to finish a basement waterproofing job. The drain connects to the sump pump installed in the basement and runs away from the base of the home to keep the water away. We dug the trench out, plumbed the line, capped it with our drain cover and refilled the trench finishing the job.
Water was seeping into this basement through its side wall. The water intrusion was starting to mold the exposed wood and was holding the water inside of the blocks. Installing a vapor barrier and fully waterproofing the wall allowed the moisture to escape the block wall and be pumped outside of the home.
Water seepage had begun in this basement. The physical signs on the walls was proof enough for the homeowners to act. This internal waterproofing system with a sump pump and vapor barrier on the wall has dramatically improved the basement’s air quality and reduced mold growth.
Full of garbage, torn plastic, and experiencing early signs of water seepage this crawl space facilitated a less than desirable atmosphere. For a home, the crawl space is very important to keep dry and maintain good air quality that flows through the rest of the house. We were able to remove the debris and protect this home by waterproofing it, installing a vapor barrier, and a dehumidifier.
