Beau has over 15 years of experience working in the hospitality industry, primarily managing craft cocktail bars and restaurants. Over the years, he’s taken on everything from administrative roles to hands-on customer-facing work, developing strong communication skills and a sharp eye for detail. His experience taught him how to meet people where they are, break down complex ideas into approachable solutions, and make sure each person walks away informed and confident.
