Hector

Hector brings over 20 years of experience in construction and 15 years specializing in waterproofing solutions. With a background that includes owning a waterproofing company and hands-on leadership in the field, he brings deep technical knowledge and operational experience to his role.

Recognizing Hector’s extensive industry expertise and leadership abilities, Carolina Basement Systems welcomed him to the team as Service Manager. In this role, he helps oversee service operations, support crews, and ensure every project meets the company’s quality standards.

Hector is married with three children and lives in Winston-Salem. Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar, piano, and drums, working on project cars, spending time outdoors, and tackling home renovation projects.
