Sales Process
Recommend clearer, written info regarding customer's responsibility to replace stairs. The contract says customer responsibility is for "finish carpentry" which we understood to be sanding, painting, staining, trim work and re-carpeting. Did not understand until much later that replacing our stairs would be an additional cost.
