I called Carolina Basements to inform them of a situation I had with my dehumidifier. They sent a service technician over to troubleshoot the issue. Once the technician, Christian Vanzant arrived, he assessed the situation, and then explained in detail what needed to be done to resolve the issue. He asked if I had any questions before and after regarding the work. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. This was a excellent showing of customer service by the technician and Cassandra, the service representative. I highly recommend Carolina Basements as their commitment to continually provide a high level customer experience is exceptional.
