I think we should have been told upfront that the door would be on a track and not a hinged door.

Chris (I think that was his name), was wonderful to work with! He was friendly, professional and took the time to be sure we were satisfied with everything. We had a small miscommunication on the type of installation he was to do ( sliding track vs hinged door). He listened to my concern, politely took the time to address the situation with his office team and came back the next day to install a hinged door. Throughout the process he was friendly and polite and did a great job! Would not hesitate to recommend him
