Sales Process
My wife and I both liked and felt very comfortable with Bill. He didn't need to do a sales presentation this time around. The inspection, quote, financing option and signing process were timely and welcome
Our Installation Crew
Solomon, Gerardo and Santos were terrific -- hard working, courteous and timely. Solomon took time to explain the job, showed me the gear, piers and the process for driving and assembling them. Invited me to watch whenever I wanted and explained their progress and remaining schedule when I did. He asked for permission to drill a hole through a vent, explained why it was needed, how it would be done and how it would be repaired. He noticed the crawl space door was not secured, secured it and showed me the problem and his fix. He pointed out a problem with water in an HVAC duct (due to some temporary flooding in the utility room) that I wasn't aware of and will address. And as Bill suggested would likely happen, they closed up the gap between the joists and three pipe supports installed by another vendor a couple years ago. Couldn't be more pleased with a team than I was with Solomon, Gerardo and Santo.

We chose CBS for an interior drainage project last year, talked to a few companies, quotes were comparable, but liked and felt most comfortable with Bill Brown. Also online reviews were good. We thought that job was done well and so this time around called Bill and again was comfortable and satisfied to put our trust in CBS without getting other quotes.
