Raleigh, NC - Basement Water Intrusion Before Repairs
This basement shows visible signs of water intrusion with damp, stained concrete floors and high humidity around exposed piping and ductwork. The moisture posed risks of mold growth, structural damage, and poor air quality. Our waterproofing team identified these problem areas to design a custom drainage and sump pump solution for long-term protection.

Raleigh, NC - Interior Drainage System Installation
This photo shows the installation of an interior drainage channel along the basement perimeter. The trench is lined with gravel and connected to a drainage system that directs water to the sump pump. CleanSpace wall liner has also been installed to capture wall seepage and guide it into the system, ensuring long-term moisture control and a drier basement environment.

Raleigh, NC - Perimeter Drainage Trench in Progress
In this stage of the project, perimeter drainage channels have been excavated and lined with gravel around the basement entryway. These trenches will capture and direct incoming water toward the sump pump system. The CleanSpace wall liner ensures that wall seepage flows directly into the drainage system, preventing pooling and keeping the basement floor dry.

Raleigh, NC - TripleSafe Sump Pump with Battery Backup
The completed installation features a TripleSafe sump pump system designed to handle heavy water intrusion with three levels of pumping protection. A battery backup is included to ensure the system continues operating during power outages, providing homeowners with peace of mind. The sealed lid design helps prevent odors, keeps debris out, and maintains a cleaner, drier basement environment.

Raleigh, NC - TrenchDrain Protecting Basement Entryway
At the basement stairwell entrance, a TrenchDrain™ system has been installed to capture surface water before it can enter the basement. The grated drain connects directly to the interior drainage system, ensuring rainwater and runoff are safely directed to the sump pump. Combined with CleanSpace wall liner and concrete finish work, this solution provides full protection for one of the home's most common water entry points.

Raleigh, NC - Exterior Discharge Line with LawnScape Outlet
The project is completed with a LawnScape outlet installed in the yard to direct water safely away from the foundation. This discreet green outlet blends into the landscape while allowing water from the interior sump pump system to discharge efficiently. By carrying water away from the home, it prevents re-entry at the foundation and ensures long-term basement protection.
