Sloping Floors
These sloping floors led to small cracks to form and bay doors that wouldn't close all the way.

Checking Floors With Level
During an assessment, a level is used on the floor to identify uneven areas, measure the extent of sloping, and determine the underlying cause. This helps in planning the appropriate repair solution to restore stability and functionality.

Bay Doors Unable to Close
The bay doors wouldn't close because the sloping floor created an uneven surface, preventing the doors from aligning properly with their tracks or frame. This misalignment can cause operational issues and compromise safety, so it was important for our crew to ensure this department had level and stable floors again!

PolyLevel Injection
The PolyLevel system was injected through small holes drilled into the concrete slab. The high-density polyurethane foam was then pumped beneath the surface, expanding to fill voids, stabilize the soil, and lift the floor to a level position. Once the foam cured, the holes were patched, leaving a durable and stable surface.

Lift Achievement
Our crew was able to achieve lift in the floors and provide these local heros some peace of mind.
