This Vilas, NC basement was showing classic signs of moisture intrusion dark water stains on the concrete block, efflorescence, and musty odors. Over time, these symptoms can lead to mold growth, weakened structure, and poor indoor air quality.

Our team stepped in with a full waterproofing solution. The walls were sealed with a CleanSpace vapor barrier, designed to lock out moisture and prevent further seepage. A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed to keep humidity levels under control and ensure the space stays dry year-round.

Now, this homeowner has a clean, bright, and dry basement they can finally use with confidence no more damp smells or water worries, just lasting peace of mind.

Unwanted water seepage was flooding the basement and leaving behind mineral deposits and a mold friendly environment. We installed our interior drainage and vapor barrier products to funnel all the intruding water out of the home.

This French drain installation in blowing rock was needed to finish a basement waterproofing job. The drain connects to the sump pump installed in the basement and runs away from the base of the home to keep the water away. We dug the trench out, plumbed the line, capped it with our drain cover and refilled the trench to finish the job.

A thin plastic vapor barrier was laid in the crawl space when it was constructed and has since ripped and become useless. We stopped the water vapor from affecting the crawl space by sealing it with our CleanSpace vapor barrier.

To help protect this crawl space, we installed our thermal wall insulation along the walls. This keeps the entire home's temperature consistent through the seasons, and there is no risk of ruined or ripped insulation over time.
