Carolina Basement Systems Before & After Photos

We repaired and restored this cracked and sunken concrete patio using the modern technology of PolyLevel injections. We then sealed the joints with the silicone-based sealant, NexusPro,  making this patio now level and smooth for the homeowner to enjoy for years to come!

This formerly wet basement was transformed into a dry space thanks to our Cleanspace wall system, TripleSafe Sump pump, WaterGuard drainage system, and a few other of our patented waterproofing products. Moisture no longer stands a chance against this basement!

A brick foundation wall in this customers full-basement was bowing and cracked. The Geo-Lock Channel Anchor System provides a permanent solution for bowing, buckling, tilting, or inward-moving foundation walls that are demonstrating signs of extreme wall failure. In addition to the Anchor System, CleanSpace Vapor Barrier was fastened to the wall to prevent moisture from passing through. 

To keep this basement dry all the time, we installed our WaterGuard drainage system paired with a TripleSafe Sump Pump. 

In addition to a complete waterproofing system installed in this customers basement, we installed an exterior discharge line to divert water out and away from this customers basement. At the the end of the discharge line is our high quality LawnScape Outlet to prevent clogging and water back up.
