This concrete front porch started to sink away from the home. This dip was causing all kinds of problems, so we injected our PolyLevel foam underneath it. This lifted and stabilized the porch.

We repaired the cracking in this concrete patio slab by using our PolyLevel system and NexusPro sealant. PolyLevel is a strong, but light polyurethane formula that can permanently lift and stabilize the concrete. NexusPro seals and helps protect the concrete from further erosion, and can stand harsh conditions. 

This Prospect Hill, NC home was facing two major concerns foundation wall shifting and water intrusion. Our team stepped in with a full-scope solution: installing a perimeter drainage system to manage groundwater and protect the structure from future leaks and reinforcing the walls with steel support beams for lasting stability.

Once the foundation was secure, we encapsulated the area with a bright white vapor barrier, sealing out humidity and giving the space a clean, finished look. What started as a damp, deteriorating area is now a dry, protected, and structurally sound part of the home offering long-term peace of mind for the homeowner.

The concrete block wall had started to bow due to soil pressure, which is a common issue in many homes. Our team installed the PowerBrace system, which uses steel I-beams to counteract the pressure and prevent further movement. This solution not only stabilizes the wall but also has the potential to straighten it over time. 

The SaniDry Sedona and TripleSafe Sump Pump were installed to effectively eliminate moisture and humidity from the basement.
