Eliminating water intrusion issues by installing our EZ-Flow drainage system in this customers crawl space. The drainage system will direct water to the sump pump system to be removed from the crawl space and away from the homes foundation to prevent re-entry. 

To control moisture levels in this crawl space, prevent mold growth, and protect the structural integrity of this customers home by preventing wood rot, we installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. 

This Boone, NC home was facing serious foundation settlement issues. The signs were clear sinking soils, cracks along the structure, and visible shifts in the foundation walls. These symptoms are common in mountain regions where unstable, moisture-heavy soils can no longer support a home’s weight.

To provide a permanent fix, our team installed a series of push piers. These steel piers are driven deep into stable bedrock, transferring the home’s weight away from failing soils and onto a solid foundation layer. Once secured, the piers not only stop further settlement but can also help lift the foundation back toward its original position.
