Nasty water intrusion was haunting this basement. We waterproofed the perimeter and sealed it off to prevent the water from causing any more damage.

Even though we previously encapsulated this crawl space, the humidity was still a little high to make the mold dormant. So, we installed our dehumidifying air system to make sure the air stayed dry all the time.

This formerly damp and exposed crawl space received a full CleanSpace and encapsulation to seal, cover and protect this area from any moisture or water damage.

This Semora, NC basement went from damp and unprotected to clean, dry, and secure. The before photo shows clear signs of water intrusion along the block wall and floor, creating the risk of ongoing damage and musty odors. Our team installed a full interior waterproofing system with CleanSpace wall liner and a perimeter drainage channel sealed in fresh concrete. Now, the basement is not only protected from water seepage but also brighter, healthier, and ready for the homeowner to use with peace of mind.

The floor of this home started to sag and sink. The support beams in the crawl space had to be supported. We replaced the existing, failing supports with our SmartJAcks and steel beam solution to keep the floor stabilized permanently.
