These damp and water damaged basement walls got a brand new look and feel with our CleanSpace wall system. Made from a 20mil thick, 7-layer, polyethylene composition, CleanSpace is the most durable vapor barrier around! Once installed, it seals and protects the walls from any water that tries to seep through.

In this North Wilkesboro, NC home, the basement showed clear signs of wall stress and moisture intrusion. The block walls displayed efflorescence, horizontal cracking, and inward bowing, all of which indicate long-term pressure from the soil outside. These symptoms, if left unaddressed, can worsen over time and compromise the structure of the home.

To permanently stabilize the foundation walls, our team installed CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcement Straps. This advanced system uses military-grade carbon fiber to dramatically increase wall strength and prevent further movement. Cracks were properly sealed, the wall surface was prepped, and each CarbonArmor strap was bonded tightly to restore stability and peace of mind.

Cracking in the front porch of this home began to split the entire addition. We pumped PolyLevel underneath it to stabilize and lift it back into place and then sealed the cracking.

Using our foundation pier system, we successfully stopped this customer's home from further settlement. This system utilizes steel piers driven deep into the ground to reach stable soil layers, providing a solid support structure for the foundation. By transferring the weight of the home to these piers, we were able to prevent any additional sinking or shifting. This method not only stabilizes the foundation but also helps to restore the home's structural integrity, ensuring long-term stability and peace of mind for the homeowner.

Run off and ground water were getting inside the crawl space and making it extremely easy for mold to grow. We cleared out the crawl space and installed our durable vapor barrier, drainage matting, and a sump pump to remove the water intrusion.
