This musty and moist basement needed protection from water intrusion to keep mold out and humidity down. Our trusted below grade WaterGuard and TripleSafe sump pump were installed and keep this basement clean and dry.

Due to the amount of moisture inside of this crawl space, the floors above were sagging down. Our hard working crew waterproofed the area by installing a full CleanSpace encapsulation. Then, they permanently stabilized and lifted the sagging floors with SmartJacks. Another crawl space saved and another satisfied customer!

The sinking concrete slabs began to crack and form a hazardous terrain. We pumped PolyLevel under the walkway to level it and then sealed the joints.

This porch started to sink and crack which caused trip hazards and made it difficult to use properly. We were able to lift it back to its original pour line and seal the cracks that had formed. Our process, utilizing PolyLevel, also stabilizes the entire porch and helps prevent further sinkage.

These troubled basement walls were regularly seeping water and has caused visible (and smelly) damage to the basement. Our crew waterproofed this area by installing a CleanSpace wall system and WaterGuard drainage system. CleanSpace is an ultra-durable vapor barrier that seals and protects the wall from water. WaterGuard is a subfloor drainage system designed to capture water at its entry point, before it ever has the chance to reach the basement floors. No more musty water damage for this basement!
