This wet and musty crawl space got a brand new look and feel after our crew installed our CleanSpace encapsulation system. Made from 20mil thick, 7-layer polyethylene composition with polyester cord reinforcement, CleanSpace is the strongest vapor barrier on the market. It is specially designed to seal, cover, and protect the crawl space from moisture, humidity, and even winter drafts.

At this home in East Bend, NC, the homeowner was dealing with persistent water intrusion along the basement walls leading to damp conditions and potential damage to stored belongings and the home’s structure. Our team carefully installed an interior drainage system to direct water away from the foundation, along with a powerful sump pump system to actively remove collected water from the space.

We excavated around the interior perimeter, laid fresh gravel and drainage lines, and sealed the system with a clean concrete finish.
