This troubled crawl space had rotten support posts that were causing the floors of the home above to sag and sink down. Our crew installed a 26 SmartJacks to permanently stabilize this home's foundation. These high-capacity steel piers are fully adjustable. They will stop settlement and lift floors back to their original position.

Water seepage drenched this crawl space and was leading to rotten floor joists. We encapsulated and waterproofed it to keep moisture away from the home.

The shifting that the concrete slabs in the driveway had done created a lot of tension on them. This pressure released by cracking the concrete in several places. We sealed these cracks together with NexusPro which also waterproofed the break.
