The homeowner was experiencing poor water management along the driveway and front yard. Water was collecting near the foundation and concrete surfaces, creating erosion, standing moisture, and potential risk for future foundation and basement issues. Our team installed a new exterior discharge line to safely redirect water away from the home. The system now properly channels water to a landscape outlet, improving drainage efficiency while protecting the driveway, landscape, and foundation. The final result delivers cleaner runoff, reduced erosion, and long-term protection against water intrusion. 

Sometimes, burying a downspout and piping it to a needed location requires going under existing parts of the landscape. We routed this downspout correctly and re-poured the concrete that had to be removed.

Installing WaterGuard around the perimeter of this basement to collect the water intrusion went perfectly and left the basement in good shape to be finished.

The basement walls under this home were bending and causing so many problems that the homeowners had to tear out existing interior walls to uncover problem areas. Once the block was fully exposed, we were able to install our steel PowerBraces to the wall that secure the blocks in place.
