What made you choose our company:
I chose Carolina Basement due to the reviews that I saw online, and the salesman who sold me the job. Unfortunately, had the salesman been present the day of the job a lot of my issues would not have occurred. I also think the salesman attempted to make a commitment to something that did not happen, which caused a spiraling affect throughout this project. In the end, Carolina came through and stood by the commitment made by the sales person and that is very satisfying. They did their best to Standby. The commitment made to me when the job is sold, I have no complaints about how the job ended.our service area
