Hannah kept me informed with the schedules. She was very pleasant.
Sales Process
Ronnie was great! I wanted help with yard drainage and by the time he left, he had shown me issues with the foundation. He left it up to me to fix it now or later. He did not pressure me at all. He was kind and empathic concerning the surprise and cost of the overall job.
Our Installation Crew
Solomon and Daniel and their crews were polite and worked hard while they were here. Solomon and Daniel answered questions without hesitation.
The Cleanup Process
Solomon's crew did a wonderful job cleaning up after their part. Daniel's crew did a wonderful job as well. They had a muddy mess to work with and did the best they could with covering up and spreading out the mud.
