Tom was excellent to work with, and developed a modified proposal that offered the best "bang for the buck". I greatly appreciate his approach and honesty towards how the contract was agreed.

Sales Process

Same comments as above for both Tom & Adriana.

Our Installation Crew

The CBS crew were great! Professional, friendly, walked me through the entire process before starting work and then took time to show me the 'before' and 'after' photos after the installation was completed.

The Cleanup Process

Again, the CBS crew did a fantastic job of cleaning up, incl. removal of the debris left in the crawlspace by the previous owner!

What made you choose our company:

The overall approach and honest representation by Tom & CBS; Tom & I had quite a few discussions re. what was best for the problem we had, and at no point did I ever feel pressured into buying or doing something I was not 100% sure about - that is VERY rare these days and automatically put me at ease with CBS, knowing that they care about their Customers vs. trying to make a quick sale. When my larger crawlspace needs some improvement, I will not hesitate to contact CBS once again for the job. Please keep up the great work!
