Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This wet and dirty basement had struggled with flooding for many years, creating a humid and musty environment. We installed an UltraSump pump system with battery backup to prevent flooding - even in the case of a power outage. We sealed the walls with our ultra-durable CleanSpace wall system to cover and protect them from moisture and humidity.  Lastly, our interior subfloor drainage system, WaterGuard, was installed along the perimeter to capture water at its entry point - before it ever has the chance to reach the basement floors! Water doesn't stand a chance against this basement now.

Drainage around this home was causing minor issues with water seepage. We installed buried downspouts to help increase the effectiveness of the home's exterior drainage.

The block walls of this underground garage were flowing with water. This water intrusion was pooling up inside the garage, so we installed our patented interior waterproofing solution to eliminate the problem.

There were multiple downspouts outside of this home that used corrugated piping to send water away. This system was being crushed, and water began to back up in certain areas of the home. To reduce the risk of this water flow problem, we installed solid pipe buried downspouts to expel water downgrade of the home.

Extreme water damage and begun inside this basement which was growing mold and ruining the existing carpet. In order to finish the basement, the homeowner had us waterproof it with our patented WaterGuard system which works seamlessly with the rest of the room, and we also added a vapor barrier to the exposed block wall to protect the air from increased humidity.
