Our team installed a full waterproofing system, including interior drainage and a powerful sump pump, to redirect water away from the foundation and keep the space dry year-round. The lower portion of the walls was repaired and sealed, creating a clean, protected environment ready for restoration. This waterproofing solution not only prevents future water damage but also improves the home’s air quality, energy efficiency, and long-term structural integrity.

This Raleigh, NC home had a basement stairwell that was allowing water intrusion, leaving stains and moisture damage around the walls and floor. The constant leaks threatened the foundation and created unhealthy conditions in the basement. To solve the problem, our team installed a drain system with trench drain at the stairwell entry, sealed the basement walls with a protective vapor barrier, and re-poured concrete around the perimeter for lasting stability. These solutions direct water away from the foundation, keeping the basement dry and the home protected.

Our team waterproofed the customer's basement by installing the WaterGuard drainage system, which is a sub-floor drainage system designed to capture and redirect water away from the foundation. The system is installed along the perimeter of the basement floor, where it intercepts water seepage and channels it to a sump pump, ensuring a dry and protected basement.

Water was leaking into this basement through cracks and gaps in this foundation wall in this homeowner's basement. As part of the waterproofing process for this project, we fastened our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to this wall to prevent moisture from seeping through.
