Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Our team waterproofed the customer's basement by installing the WaterGuard drainage system, which is a sub-floor drainage system designed to capture and redirect water away from the foundation. The system is installed along the perimeter of the basement floor, where it intercepts water seepage and channels it to a sump pump, ensuring a dry and protected basement.

Water entering along the basement walls and floor can leave the space vulnerable to moisture and future damage. To help keep this Clayton, NC basement dry, our team installed a perimeter drainage system along with a wall vapor barrier to capture water intrusion and direct it away from the basement, creating a cleaner, drier, and more protected space.

Water was leaking into this basement through cracks and gaps in this foundation wall in this homeowner's basement. As part of the waterproofing process for this project, we fastened our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to this wall to prevent moisture from seeping through.
