These damp and water damaged basement walls got a brand new look and feel with our CleanSpace wall system. Made from a 20mil thick, 7-layer, polyethylene composition, CleanSpace is the most durable vapor barrier around! Once installed, it seals and protects the walls from any water that tries to seep through.

This home in Ennice, NC was experiencing pooling water around the foundation due to poor yard drainage. Left untreated, standing water can saturate the soil, putting pressure on the foundation walls and increasing the risk of basement or crawl space leaks.

To solve the problem, our team installed a custom exterior drainage system with buried downspout extensions and catch basins. The new system redirects roof and surface water away from the home, protecting the foundation from hydrostatic pressure and preventing erosion.
