Signs of Moisture Damage and Failing Crawl Space Insulation - Wake Forest, NC
In this first image, the crawl space shows clear symptoms of long-term moisture issues. The insulation is falling from the joists, the ground liner is thin and torn, and exposed ductwork is vulnerable to condensation. These conditions allow humid air to rise into the home, causing musty odors, sagging floors, and higher energy bills.
CleanSpace Encapsulation Installed to Seal Out Moisture - Wake Forest, NC
Following the issues shown in the first image, this second photo highlights the solution in progress: a full CleanSpace encapsulation system. The thick, durable vapor barrier is sealed across the crawl space floor and up the walls, creating an airtight layer that blocks moisture from entering the home. The previously exposed soil and torn liner are now replaced with a clean, reinforced system that prevents humidity, mold growth, and wood rot.
TripleSafe Sump Pump System Installed for Reliable Water Management - Wake Forest, NC
Building on the encapsulation shown in the previous photo, this image highlights the installation of the TripleSafe sump pump system, the core solution for controlling groundwater and preventing flooding. Before this installation, the crawl space had no dependable way to remove standing water, putting the home at risk for mold growth, wood rot, and foundation damage. The TripleSafe system provides three layers of protection, ensuring the crawl space stays dry even during heavy rains or power outages. Integrated with the CleanSpace liner, it works together to move water out and keep moisture from returning creating a fully controlled environment beneath the home.
SaniDry Sedona Installed to Control Humidity and Protect the Entire Crawl Space - Wake Forest, NC
After sealing the crawl space and installing the TripleSafe sump pump, the next crucial step was addressing the excessive humidity that originally caused the insulation to fall and the wood framing to weaken. This photo shows the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, professionally installed on top of the CleanSpace liner. Before installation, the crawl space was holding damp, stagnant air that contributed to mold growth, musty odors, and uncomfortable conditions inside the home. The SaniDry Sedona now works continuously to maintain a dry, healthy environment by filtering the air and removing moisture.
Concrete Walkway Lifted and Leveled to Restore Safe Entry - Wake Forest, NC
To complete the full home protection project, we also addressed symptoms outside the home. This walkway had begun to sink and separate from the front steps, creating trip hazards and channeling water toward the foundation issues that can worsen crawl space moisture problems over time. Using our PolyLevel concrete lifting system, we injected a high-density foam beneath the slab to raise it back to its proper position. The small injection points visible here show where the foam was placed. This precise, minimally invasive solution stabilizes the concrete, improves drainage, and prevents further settlement.
