We installed the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier system in a customer's wet crawl space to prevent moisture buildup, reduce humidity, and protect the home from mold and mildew growth. The CleanSpace Vapor Barrier system works by creating a durable, airtight seal that prevents moisture from entering the crawl space, thereby reducing humidity and inhibiting mold growth.

To drain water from underneath the CleanSpace liner to the sump pump and drain system, we installed our CleanSpace Drainage Matting. The matting will prevent water from pooling with nowhere to drain to. 

The SmartJack system is the only floor-stabilizing solution that addresses the root cause of sagging floors - the weak soils below. SmartJacks are fully-adjustable steel piers that permanently stop settlement in its tracks and lift the floors back to their original position. 

We repaired and restored this cracked and sunken concrete patio using the modern technology of PolyLevel injections. We then sealed the joints with the silicone-based sealant, NexusPro,  making this patio now level and smooth for the homeowner to enjoy for years to come!

This formerly wet basement was transformed into a dry space thanks to our Cleanspace wall system, TripleSafe Sump pump, WaterGuard drainage system, and a few other of our patented waterproofing products. Moisture no longer stands a chance against this basement!
