This moldy and damp crawl space was in big trouble. Our crew removed the mold and installed a CleanSpace encapsulation system so that moisture, humidity, mold, and musty odors would never be a threat to this home again.

Sealing crawl space vents helps prevent moisture buildup, which can lead to mold growth, wood rot, and pest infestations. It also improves energy efficiency by reducing drafts and maintaining consistent temperatures in the home.

We replaced the customer's crawl space door with our EverLast door to provide a more durable, energy-efficient, and aesthetically pleasing solution. The EverLast door is designed to resist moisture, pests, and weather damage, ensuring long-term reliability and improved insulation for the crawl space.

We installed the WaterGuard Drainage system and TripleSafe Sump pump in our customer's basement to ensure it stays completely dry. The WaterGuard system collects any water seeping in and directs it to the TripleSafe Sump pump, which efficiently removes the water from the home. This combination provides reliable protection against flooding and moisture, keeping the basement safe and dry year-round.

The back porch of this home had sunk and cracked over time. Erosion and the dirt settling underneath the slab caused these problems, but we were able to fix it. We injected PolyLevel underneath the porch to stabilize and lift it, and then we sealed the cracks with NexusPro which waterproofs and binds the concrete back together.
