This crawl space had an aging vapor barrier, excess humidity, damaged insulation, and inadequate floor support. Our team installed a new vapor barrier to reduce ground moisture, SilverGlo insulation to improve energy efficiency, SmartJack supports to stabilize the floor system, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to control humidity. Together, these solutions created a cleaner, drier, and more structurally secure space beneath the home.

The foundation walls in this home's basement were beginning to separate and threaten the home's stability. To prevent a wall collapse, we installed our steel beam supports, called PowerBraces, to stabilize and help push the wall back.

Moisture was getting in through the ground and the walls which was raising the humidity inside this home. We sealed and blocked out this moisture issue with our vapor barrier and wall insulation that decreased the humidity.

This crawl space was littered with fallen fiberglass insulation. Fiberglass is often misused and is susceptible to water and mold growth - issues that no homeowner wants to deal with. Our crew cleaned out this crawl space by removing and disposing of all the fiberglass insulation, and replacing it with our graphite-impregnated SilverGlo insulation , complete with a built-in radiant heat barrier surface.
