This Greensboro home was experiencing sagging floors caused by weak and undersized crawl space supports. The existing brick piers were no longer providing the structural stability needed to properly support the floor system above.

Our team installed SmartJack adjustable steel support posts on solid concrete footings to permanently stabilize and lift the sagging beams. These high-capacity steel supports are designed to restore structural integrity, reduce floor bounce, and help bring the floors back toward level. The crawl space was also protected with a durable vapor barrier to help control ground moisture and support long-term performance.

The result: a stronger, more stable foundation and improved floor support throughout the home.

This commercial application of our PolyLevel and NexusPro products was a quick and clean concrete leveling job. The concrete slab behind this business had sank and cracked over the years and in time would have cause more property damage.

Water regularly flowed through the foundation walls in this basement. The wall started to bow and crack. We waterproofed the interior and stabilized the block walls with our patented PowerBraces.

Unprotected and unreliable, this crawl space caused more problems then it solved. We installed our vapor barrier and dehumidifier to rid it of water evaporation and lower the humidity levels. We also supported the floor above with SmartJacks on steel beam supports to keep the floor from sagging and cracking.
