Water was leaking into this basement at the wall/floor joint. We installed our WaterGuard Drainage System around the perimeter of the basement to collect water and direct it to the sump pump to be removed from the basement. This eliminates the possibility of this customers basement from ever having to deal with a wet basement again. 

In the event this water heater ever leaks, our TrenchDrain system will capture the water and redirect it to the interior drainage system to be pumped out of the basement via discharge line.
