This outlet allows water to flow out into a designated area, without causing erosion or pooling. It helps manage water runoff efficiently to keep this home flood free.

The hanging and deteriorating fiberglass insulation, exposed ductwork, and wrinkled vapor barrier indicate excess humidity and poor moisture control. SmartJack supports were installed to reinforce weakened or sagging floor joists, while a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier helps control humidity and reduce the risk of mold, musty odors, and wood rot. Together, these solutions provide long-term moisture protection, improved air quality, and added structural support for the home.

The lack of a proper vapor barrier in this crawl space assisted in increasing the humidity and increasing the risk of mold growth. To start combatting the high humidity inside this crawl space, we Installed our patented CleanSpace vapor barrier designed for this challenge.
