The plastic barrier in this crawl space couldn’t keep moisture from infecting the air. Dirt and mold growth caused musty air to be filtered through the home. We cleaned out and encapsulated the crawl space to keep moisture from getting inside.

One of our expert crews installed our CleanSpace wall system, our WaterGuard drainage system to catch water at every entry point, and out SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and air purification system  to help protect this basement from future water damage. This formerly damp and musty crawl space received a brand-new look and feel with our CleanSpace vapor barrier, SilverGlo insulation pannels, SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and air purification system, and the EverLast crawl space door. Moisture nor humidity now stand a chance against this crawl space!

Moisture in this crawl space led to bouncy floors above it. To eliminate the floors from feeling uneven or bouncy, we installed our SmartJack System. SmartJack posts are installed by placing them beneath the floor joists in the crawl space, providing additional support to the floor structure. This helps to stabilize and level the floors, reducing bounciness and improving overall structural integrity.

This Greensboro home was showing serious foundation symptoms, including a visibly leaning wall, cracks in the brick exterior, and settlement caused by unstable soil beneath the foundation. These issues not only impacted the home’s appearance but also threatened its structural safety.

To permanently stabilize the foundation, our team installed Helical Piers. These steel piers are hydraulically advanced deep into stable soil layers, creating a secure support system that lifts and holds the home in place. By transferring the weight of the structure from weak surface soils to stronger, load-bearing strata below, the foundation is now reinforced, the leaning wall has been corrected, and the home is protected from further settlement.
