We encapsulated a homeowner's damp crawl space using our CleanSpace Encapsulation system. We cleaned and prepped the space, installed a vapor barrier on the floor and walls, sealed vents, insulated walls, and added a dehumidifier. This keeps the space dry, preventing mold, wood rot, and pests, while improving air quality and energy efficiency.

We lifted and leveled this sunken concrete slab with the modern technology of PolyLevel. This process allows for accurate and controlled concrete lifting without adding weight to the weak soils below.

The concrete slab had visible cracks and joints that were deteriorating, posing a risk of further damage and creating an unsightly appearance. Our team applied NexusPro Crack Repair Solution to fill and seal the cracks, preventing water infiltration and further deterioration. Additionally, we used NexusPro Joint Repair to reinforce and stabilize the joints, ensuring long-lasting durability and restoring the slab's structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.

Introducing our NEW interior StarPipe Drainage System! We installed this system around the perimeter of this crawl space to eliminate flooding issues. Additionally, our TripleSafe Sump Pump paired with our UltraSump System will pump the collected water out of the space, ensuring it remain dry all the time! 

Uneven pressure was leveraging the foundation of this home to the point that it was cracking. We prevented the catastrophic possibilities of floor, wall, and foundation damage by installing our helical piers to lift and stabilize the sinking foundation.
