This Franklinville, NC homeowner’s crawl space underwent a dramatic transformation thanks to our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. As seen in the before photo, the area was previously damp, unsealed, and cluttered with fallen insulation conditions that can contribute to mold growth, high humidity, and long-term structural issues.

Our team installed the CleanSpace system to create a durable moisture barrier that seals off the crawl space from the earth below. This not only blocks water vapor but also helps regulate humidity levels, improves overall indoor air quality, and protects the home’s foundation. Now, the space is clean, dry, and contributes to a healthier, more energy-efficient environment for the homeowner.

The walls in this basement were holding so much water that it started to chip and crack the paint and leave mold on the walls behind where the basement had been previously framed out. We dug a trench and installed our patented interior waterproofing system to drain and pump out water as it enters the home, and now it is protecting the basement from water intrusion.

This basement posed a unique situation and had a massive need for waterproofing and humidity control. To protect the area fully, we needed to waterproof the area around the stairs. This was a tricky solve, but it was pulled off with our patented WaterGuard system. This basement now has much greater protection from basement water seepage.

This nasty crawl space was a breeding ground for mold and needed to be repaired. So, we fully encapsulated the crawl space which sealed it from water vapor and helped regulate the interior temperature.
