This formerly wet and humid crawl space got a brighter, drier, and healthier environment with our CleanSpace encapsulation system. Made from a 20mil thick, 7-layer polyethylene composition, our CleanSpace is the most durable vapor barrier on the market. Suitable for both floors and walls, once installed it provides the ultimate protection against moisture and humidity. 

To restore this homes settling foundation, our team installed our Foundation Helical Pier System. The piers are driven deep into the ground and attached to the footing of the home. Once lift and stabilization is achieved, the pier location is filled with soil.
