These posts are installed in the crawl space and provide additional support to the floor joists, preventing further sagging and restoring the structural stability of the building.

This formerly dirty and musty crawl space got a brand new look and feel with our CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system! Our ultra-durable CleanSpace vapor barrier is used to seal, cover, and protect this crawl space from moisture, humidity, and drafts.

This crawl space's floor joists had weakened and shifted overtime, causing the floors above to sink. We permanently stabilized the foundation by installing SmartJacks with steel supplemental beams throughout the crawl space. These fully-adjustable steel piers will stop settlement in its tracks and may even lift the floors above back to their original position.
