This formerly wet and musty crawl space got a brand new look and feel with our CleanSpace encapsulation system. Suitable for both floors and walls, our ultra-durable CleanSpace vapor barrier provides the ultimate protection against moisture and humidity.

We permanently stabilized these sagging floors by installing SmartJacks with steel supplemental beams throughout the crawl space. SmartJacks are fully-adjustable steel piers that immediately stop settlement and even lift the floors above back to their original position - ridding of any sign that there was a foundation issue to begin with!

This home's foundation was beginning to show signs of failure. Cracks, gaps, doors sticking closed, and more! Our crew permanently stabilized this home's foundation by installing a SmartJack system in the crawl space. These high-capacity and fully-adjustable steel piers are specially designed to stop settling and raise a home's floor back to its original level. 

We restored this damaged concrete walkway by leveling the slab with PolyLevel injections and sealing the cracks with NexusPro joint sealant.

This cracked concrete pool deck was repaired using our our PolyLevel and NexusPro solutions to address the issue. PolyLevel is a strong, but light polyurethane formula that can permanently lift and stabilize the concrete pool deck. NexusPro seals and helps protect the concrete from further soil erosion.
