The SilverGlo insulation panels were installed along the crawl space walls to help reflect heat back into the home, improve energy efficiency, and protect against moisture intrusion. A reinforced vapor barrier was then laid across the crawl space floor, sealing the ground and preventing moisture from entering the space.

Foundation piers were installed to stabilize this tilting chimney. The piers were installed around the base of the chimney, attaching the brackets to the footing. Once attached, lift is achieved to secure the chimney back into position. This effectively prevents further leaning and stabilizes the structure. 

To keep drafts out, maintain healthy temperatures, and stop water from leaking through the walls, we installed our SilverGlo Thermal Insulation panels throughout the walls in this crawl space.
