This church's crawl space was so moist and humid that it was creating a potential risk to the structure of the foundation. Our expert crew encapsulated the area in our ultra-durable CleanSpace vapor barrier and paired it with a few other of our top-quality patented products to ensure that moisture damage is never a worry again.

During the inspection, our specialist discovered standing water and puddles in the crawl space a common sign of excess moisture beneath the home. Left untreated, standing water can lead to high humidity, mold growth, wood rot, musty odors, sagging insulation, and poor indoor air quality. Over time, these moisture issues can even affect the structural integrity of your home.

To help protect the crawl space, our team installed a durable vapor barrier to separate the home from ground moisture and create a cleaner, drier environment. This moisture control solution helps reduce humidity, protects the floor system, and provides long-term defense against future moisture-related damage. 

This open and exposed crawl space was having moisture issues. We managed to mitigate these moisture problems and, to secure the air inside the crawl space, we sealed it with our patented everlast door.

We fixed the customer's sagging floor by installing SmartJack support posts in the crawl space. These posts stabilize and lift the floor, restoring its level and preventing further sagging.

CleanSpace Drainage Matting was installed on the crawl space floor to prevent water from pooling and flooding the space. Instead, a pathway is created for the water to drain to the sump system for removal.
