Basement Waterproofing Solutions in Raleigh, NC

The WaterGuard System is designed to keep basements dry by capturing water that seeps through basement walls and directing it to a sump pump. We installed it along the perimeter of this homeowner's basement floor to prevent water from pooling and causing damage. This ensures the basement stays dry and protected, even during heavy rains. After the system is installed and tested, it's sealed with concrete for a level, clean finish.

Sump Pump Installation in Raleigh, NC

We installed a TripleSafe sump pump system as part of our waterproofing process to ensure this basement stays dry. This system provides triple protection with three pumps: one for normal conditions, a secondary pump for heavy water flow, and a battery backup pump to keep working even during power outages. It’s a reliable solution to prevent water damage and maintain a dry, usable space.

Sealing Out the Storm: WaterGuard Protection Installed in Raleigh, NC

This finished basement in Raleigh, NC was facing moisture issues after heavy rains, especially in the bedroom and bathroom areas. Water appeared to be entering from the slab, causing ongoing concerns for the homeowner.

To solve this, our team installed the WaterGuard® System along the interior perimeter of the basement. This specialized drainage track is designed to capture water seepage before it reaches the surface and direct it to the sump pump system. Once installed, the system was sealed with fresh concrete for a clean, flush finish. Now, this basement is protected and ready to stay dry, rain or shine.

Helical Pier Installation for Settling Foundation - Raleigh, NC

This Raleigh, NC home was showing symptoms of foundation settlement, including cracks in the brick exterior and uneven soil conditions around the property. To permanently stabilize the structure, our team installed Helical Piers beneath the foundation wall. These steel piers are designed to reach deep, stable soil and transfer the home’s weight to a solid base, preventing further movement. The “before” and “during” photos show excavation around the foundation and the pier brackets being set in place. Once complete, the yard was backfilled and restored, leaving the homeowner with a secure foundation and peace of mind.

Helical Pier Installation Stabilizes Leaning Retaining Wall in Kernersville, NC

A homeowner in Kernersville, NC was experiencing structural concerns with a short concrete block retaining wall built to support a poured concrete basement patio. The wall, approximately 60 feet long and originally constructed in 1990 on a 12-inch poured concrete footer, had begun leaning and separating due to the heavily sloped terrain and soil movement.

Over time, water flow created a large void beneath one section of the wall, further compromising its stability and increasing the risk of continued shifting or failure. Signs of structural distress included visible separation in the block wall and soil washout beneath the footing.

To stabilize the structure, our team installed helical piers, which are engineered steel piers driven deep into stable soil layers below the problem area. Helical piers help transfer the weight of the retaining wall to stronger load-bearing soil, preventing further movement and restoring long-term stability to the wall and patio structure.

This solution provides a reliable way to address settlement and structural movement on sloped properties, protecting the homeowner’s outdoor living space and foundation for years to come.
