This formerly damp and dirty crawl space got a brighter, cleaner, and healthier environment with our CleanSpace encapsulation system. Suitable for both floors and walls, our ultra-durable CleanSpace vapor barrier was used to seal, cover, and protect this crawl space from any moisture, humidity, or cold drafts.

A customer had a foundation wall that was cracked and bowing. Our team installed the CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System. This system uses high-strength carbon fiber straps that are bonded to the wall with epoxy. The straps stabilize the wall and prevent further movement, effectively reinforcing the structure and restoring its integrity.

Our team waterproofed the customer's basement by installing the WaterGuard drainage system, which is a sub-floor drainage system designed to capture and redirect water away from the foundation. The system is installed along the perimeter of the basement floor, where it intercepts water seepage and channels it to a sump pump, ensuring a dry and protected basement.

This Wake Forest, NC home was dealing with several crawl space issues commonly caused by excess moisture and poor air quality. The original crawl space conditions included exposed soil, deteriorating insulation, unsealed vents, and humid, damp air circulating around the home’s ductwork and structural framing. Over time, this can lead to mold growth, wood rot, musty odors, pest activity, and energy loss—all of which were visible concerns in the “before” photo.

To restore the health and stability of this home, our team installed a complete crawl space encapsulation system. The upgrade included placing a durable vapor barrier across the entire floor, sealing seams and piers, protecting HVAC ductwork, and creating a controlled, dry environment beneath the home. With the new encapsulation system in place, moisture is blocked from entering the crawl space, helping prevent future mold issues, improving energy efficiency, and ensuring a cleaner, healthier foundation for the home.
