This dirty and moist crawl space was in need of some upgrades. Our crew removed all debris and installed the ultra-durable CleanSpace liner to control humidity and protect the crawl space from moisture. 

We installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump System to ensure the customer's crawl space stays completely dry. This system provides three levels of protection against water, including a backup battery pump for power outages, making it the most reliable solution for keeping their home safe and dry.

The WaterGuard System is designed to keep basements dry by capturing water that seeps through basement walls and directing it to a sump pump. We installed it along the perimeter of this homeowner's basement floor to prevent water from pooling and causing damage. This ensures the basement stays dry and protected, even during heavy rains. After the system is installed and tested, it's sealed with concrete for a level, clean finish. 

We installed a TripleSafe sump pump system as part of our waterproofing process to ensure this basement stays dry. This system provides triple protection with three pumps: one for normal conditions, a secondary pump for heavy water flow, and a battery backup pump to keep working even during power outages. It’s a reliable solution to prevent water damage and maintain a dry, usable space.

This finished basement in Raleigh, NC was facing moisture issues after heavy rains, especially in the bedroom and bathroom areas. Water appeared to be entering from the slab, causing ongoing concerns for the homeowner.

To solve this, our team installed the WaterGuard® System along the interior perimeter of the basement. This specialized drainage track is designed to capture water seepage before it reaches the surface and direct it to the sump pump system. Once installed, the system was sealed with fresh concrete for a clean, flush finish. Now, this basement is protected and ready to stay dry, rain or shine.
